Summer (May - September)
(3 night minimum)
$325 per night

Winter (October - April)
(28 night minimum)
$3304 ($118 per night) base per month (+ payment of monthly electric bill based on meter)

[Holiday rate applies per night for 2 days before, the day of, and 2 days after]:

$370 in Summer
$285 in Winter

February - Valentine's Day
March/April - Spring Break
May - Memorial Day

ADDITIONAL:
*$150 Cleaning fee
*4% Tourist Development Tax to Marion County
*7% Rental Tax to Dunnellon
$300 electric bill deposit per month of rental, partially refundable based on billing
$1000 damage deposit (refundable if property is as you found it) 

*If applicable, a pet fee of $125 per dog. If no pet fee is paid prior to checking out, evidence of animals will come out of the damage deposit.

*Two single kayaks and one canoe are available at $75 per stay (under 2 weeks) or $150 per stay (over 2 weeks) per kayak/canoe [$250 refundable damage deposit required per kayak/canoe] and you can launch at the water’s edge in the backyard.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. You must contact the owner directly to request cancellation.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY


2 Bedroom (sleeps 5) on the crystal clear Rainbow River

Our main attraction is the 6 mile long spring fed river. Enjoy kayaking, tubing/rafting, swimming, snorkeling, and fishing. A canvas for nature lovers, i.e. otters, turtles, and a vast array of birds surrounding our 400 square foot dock. Also includes an outdoor fire pit and spacious yard.

Located in a prime spot on the Rainbow River, halfway between the popular K.P. Hole and the 484 Bridge. It is directly across from an uninhabited island (no house across the river).

Accommodations upstairs include a king bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, living room/dining room combo with TV, bathroom and screened porch with full view of The Rainbow River. (The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility)

Accommodations downstairs is a bedroom with both a queen bed and a twin/single bed, large screened patio, outdoor shower, second full sized refrigerator and a laundry room with full-sized washer/dryer. Home sleeps 5 comfortably.
